Today hubby booked the day off work and we headed up to Borough market. A really great super day the weather was good, lovely and warm. A little disappointed that the Green market part- of Borough market was not open we are going to go back on a Saturday and hopefully it will be open that day we thought it was all open Thursday to Saturady but we found out not so - but it was still a fab day out and we enjoyed the part of the market that was open.
We brought breads, caramel spread, oil for dipping bread, tea, coffee.
After the market we walked along Bankside which was really lovely and up to Leicester square where we went in Bella Italia for lunch. We then walked part of Oxford street which on the way came across a fabric shop took a photo and hopefully will be able to find it again - it was a lovely shop and had a fabulous selection of buttons too!. We then walked down Regent street and to St James Park before coming home. It was a lovely day thoroughly enjoyed it and amazingly only three coffee stops which is very strange when out with hubby!
